Return Policy

Our return policy is simple and customer-focused. You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to return your plant if it doesn't meet your expectations or if you change your mind. In case of a damaged or unhealthy plant, contact us immediately via chat, and we may ask for photos to help address the issue. We'll guide you through the return process, and while return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility, exceptions may be made in certain cases. Once we receive your return, we'll promptly process your refund within 5-10 business days. We don't currently offer exchanges, but we're here to assist if you need help placing a new order. If there are any issues, including delayed refunds or receiving the wrong plant, please don't hesitate to contact us.
